“Commuting or Driving to Work. What’s the Stress all About?”

#There is a certain hour where all of the sudden, everyone is trying to get to or from work on time. What is this madness called? It’s simple. It’s lack of mindfulness. You already know that if you plan your morning in a mindful way and do your best to be at your peak state, you will be able to get up earlier and feel more energized. This is why you will be able to skip the madness and head to your workplace earlier.
You can also do it when you work from home. I am in the early AM club (I get up at 5-6 AM). When I have my first long break, it’s probably around 10 AM. Many people start their work while I can already say that I have done a heck of a good job and the most important things are done. This motivates me to work more and be more productive. By getting up early, I manage to avoid stress, and I also create more time for breaks like yoga, going for a short walk or run or making myself a vegetable juice.
To sum up – “the early bird catches the worm.”
I believe it’s true. Try it yourself. It can help you create more free time and wellness. Don’t be like a turtle hiding in your shell and don’t oversleep.
You may find it hard now, I know. I can understand. But again, it’s a lifestyle and mindset change. By becoming more and more mindful, even getting up early will be an amazing experience. Mindful people love life- every second of it. Nothing feels better than seeing the world wake up and get ready for another day!”
